KIITEE Application Form 2024 (RELEASED): Steps to Fill Form, Document Required, Eligibility Criteria
VITEEE slot booking 2024 process has started. Registered candidates can now access the VIT 2024 slot booking facility to book their preferred slots. After the slots are booked, the candidates will be able to download the VITEEE 2024 admit card from the login window. VITEEE 2024 application form last date has been extended until April 10, 2024. During the VIT Vellore application form 2024 process, the candidates will have to register, fill out the form, upload documents and pay the required fee. No applications will be accepted after the final date. VIT has released the VITEEE 2024 mock test online. Candidates can now access and attempt the stream-wise VIT 2024 mock test to prepare for the upcoming examination. VIT will conduct VITEEE 2024 exam from April 19 to 30, 2024 as a computer-based test. Candidates are advised to check the official eligibility criteria before filling out the VITEEE application form 2024. If the candidates are not able to meet the VITEEE 2024 eligibility criteria, then they will not be considered for admission.
The exam authorities will release the VITEEE result 2024 online at the official website. Shortlisted candidates based on results will be eligible to participate in the VITEEE counselling 2024. Eligibility
Candidates can check the eligibility criteria of VITEEE 2024 to know the different conditions they must meet to be eligible for admission. If the candidates do not meet the eligibility, then they will not be considered for the admission process.
Nationality: The candidate should be a Resident/Non-Resident Indian National/PIO Holder.
Age Limit: Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after July 1, 2002, will be eligible to apply for VITEEE 2024. The date of birth as recorded in the High School Certificate will be considered authentic. Candidates should produce this certificate in original as proof of their age at the time of counselling, failing which, they will be disqualified.
Qualifying Examination: Candidates appearing for the VITEEE 2024 should have either completed or shall be appearing in 2024, in any one of the following qualifying examinations:
The final examination of the Class 12 system of Higher Secondary Examination i.e., conducted by the State Board; Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE, New Delhi), and The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE), New Delhi.
Intermediate or Two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University.
High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
General Certificate Education (GCE) examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
As per VIT Norms, Regular ‘NIOS’ board candidates are also eligible for VITEEE. They should produce the Migration Cum Transfer Certificate at the time of joining.
Candidates who have studied Regular, Full Time and Formal education are eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria in the Qualifying Examination
Candidates appearing for the VITEEE in 2024 should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate).
The average marks obtained in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate) put together should be 50% for the following categories:
(a) Candidates belonging to the SC/ST Community
(b) Candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura.
The certificate to prove nativity should be produced at the time of counselling, failing which they will not be considered for admission.
In case, the mark statement is not produced by the candidates at the time of admission, the decision of the Management regarding his/her eligibility and admission to the programme shall be final.
For Indian nationals/ NRI/ PIO cardholders, appearance in VITEEE-2024 is mandatory to be eligible for BTech admission.
In case VITEEE gets cancelled due to natural calamities, qualifying criteria may be substituted with higher secondary marks or JEE Main 2024 scores or a valid SAT.
Subject Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in the qualifying examination are eligible for all the B.Tech. Degree programmes.
- Candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in the qualifying examination are eligible only for B.Tech. Bio-stream Degree programmes are as below, but after joining, registering for Mathematics as a bridge course is mandatory BTech Bio-engineering, Biotechnology, CSE with specialisation in Bioinformatics, ECE with specialisation in Biomedical Engineering programmes.
Even though the admission is done as per the VITEEE ranking, the candidate has to fulfil the eligibility norms mentioned.

- VITEEE 2024 application form is now available online at vit.ac.in. During the VITEEE registration 2024, the candidates will have to provide important details such as name, date of birth, gender, email address, mobile number, etc. Once the registration is completed, the candidates will have to confirm their password and fill out the complete VITEEE application form 2024. Candidates are advised to pay extra attention while entering their date of birth (DOB) in the VIT Vellore application form 2024. The required documents have to be uploaded as per the official specifications. An application fee of INR 1,350 (inclusive of GST) - for general candidates has to be paid online i.e., through Netbanking/Credit/Debit card/Paytm.
